Housekeeping/Janitorial Staff (Male and Female)

  • Uses proper cleaning equipment and hospital-grade disinfectants when required

  • Follows safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Drivers

  • Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas and grounds

  • Performs gardening tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting

  • Clears walkways, drains, and exterior spaces of debris

  • Monitors and reports any damage or hazards in the grounds

  • Works in coordination with facilities staff to keep the property presentable

Groundskeeper

  • Transports personnel, documents, or goods as directed

  • Maintains the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles

  • Holds a valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Follows traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies

  • Available for scheduled and on-call driving duties as needed
