We’re excited to announce the soon-to-open Philcare’s new in‑house Training Center — a dedicated facility designed to strengthen onboarding, refresh skills, and build stronger partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
Purpose and focus
The Training Center will be used for
New‑hire training and onboarding: standardized orientation, hands‑on cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and company policies.
Refresher trainings: regular competency refreshers, safety updates, and quality improvement workshops to ensure consistent service across all sites.
Vendor and supplier training: product familiarization, safe chemical handling, and coordinated service protocols to improve supply chain performance and on‑site results.
